Andrew joined Retail Council of Canada's (RCC) education team in 2002 and he was subsequently promoted to the position of Director of Education and Events. Andrew played a pivotal role in developing and implementing retail training tools and world-class educational events for industry and RCC members.
In his current position, Andrew will oversee all RCC membership initiatives, including recruitment, retention, marketing, member benefits, and publications.
Prior to joining RCC, Andrew worked as a project manager in training and education for the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council in Ottawa and as a trainer with Petro-Canada's retail training team in Calgary.
