Lanny McInnes currently serves as RCC's Director of Government Relations & Member Services in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. In this role, Lanny acts as RCC's government liaison and media spokesperson in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Lanny joined RCC in August 2003 as Manager of Member and Government Relations (Manitoba) and his duties were expanded to include RCC activities in Saskatchewan in 2005.

Before joining RCC, Lanny developed a broad knowledge of government process and influencing decision-makers as a Policy Researcher/Writer and Legislative Assistant with the PC Manitoba Caucus. Lanny is a graduate of Brandon University and alumni of the Manitoba Legislative Internship Program.
