    As RCC's Director, Government Relations and Membership Services in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Lanny acts as RCC's government liaison and media spokesperson from RCC's regional office in Winnipeg.

    Lanny joined RCC in 2003 as Manager of Member and Government Relations (Manitoba), and his duties were expanded to include activities in Saskatchewan in 2005.

    Before joining RCC, Lanny developed a broad knowledge of government process and influencing decision-makers as a Policy Researcher/Writer and Legislative Assistant with the PC Manitoba Caucus.

    Lanny is a graduate of Brandon University and alumnus of the Manitoba Legislative Internship Program.
