On behalf of Retail Council of Canada (RCC) and our members operating across the province, we are pleased to provide our comments on the Alberta Recycling Management Authority's (ARMA) proposal to eliminate the use of the remittance certificate for Alberta's electronics recycling program.
The following represents the initial thoughts of retailers on the preliminary recommendations for changes to the remittance certificate process, which may be added to and/or refined as further discussion and consultation takes place.
