RCC is grateful for the opportunity to once again provide its comments in response to the Committee's most recent Report.

On behalf of our members across the country, we would like to acknowledge the dedication of Industry Canada and the OPC to a transparent and consultative process.

RCC looks forward to participating in further consultations on PIPEDA as we work together to ensure that the legislation strikes the important balance between protecting the important privacy rights of Canadians and respecting the rights of Canadian businesses to protect themselves.
