First Level Manager Workbook
This comprehensive, self-directed workbook is aimed at those individuals employed as first level managers, as well as those who are working as retail sales associates and wish to move into management. The workbook is based on occupational standards.
Completion of the workbook provides an individual with the necessary knowledge to participate in Retail Council of Canada's First Level Manager Certification Program, becoming one of Canada's first nationally certified first level managers.
The workbook, which is available in English and French, covers topics such as professionalism, communication, leadership, human resources, operational skills, marketing, sales, customer service, administration and planning.
