| Annual Golf Tournament Agenda
RAIN OR SHINE!
September 24, 2008
7 a.m. – 8 a.m. Upon arrival please drive to the loop at the clubhouse entrance to drop off your bag before parking. Once parked proceed to the registration desk inside the clubhouse. You are then welcome to enjoy a continental breakfast or warm-up on the practice range. Lockers are available to all golfers in the lower level change rooms at no cost.
8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. All golfers participating in the tournament should be on-site and registered by 8 a.m. Golfers should be at their golf carts by 8:15 a.m. for the tournament's shotgun start. The tournament will be a scramble format. Each foursome will play as a team. After every stroke or drive, all 4 golfers will play from the same position, i.e. the best ball. Each team will submit one score at the end of the tournament.
1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. Come and meet your fellow golfers at the Networking Cocktail Reception. You will have access to the clubhouse so that you may freshen up and/or change before the awards luncheon.
3 p.m. Please join us for a late lunch concluding with an awards presentation to the winning foursome. (Approximately 1 hour) |
