About the Hiring Fairs:
The Retail Industry Hiring Fairs will be held throughout the year and have been developed to assist retailers address their current labour recruitment and retention issues. The Fairs take place in three major cities across Canada, which our retail members have indicated are problem areas for finding skilled and dedicated people to staff their stores.

These Hiring Fairs are fantastic opportunities for retailers to meet with potential new recruits, connect with local communities, promote their brand, and help spread the word that retail is an exciting and dynamic industry in which to build a career.

In order to ensure maximum attendance at the fair, RCC has a comprehensive community outreach plan, including a partnership with Monster Canada, substantial connections with B.C. secondary and post-secondary institutions, local advertising, community services, and employment service agency liaising, as well as the full support of the City of Vancouver.

Registrants will be provided with approximately a 10 x 10 space, along with a skirted table and two chairs. There will be ample room for retailers to erect backdrop displays to promote their brand.
