Ted Moroz, President, The Beer Store
Ted was named President of The Beer Store in September 2009 and in November 2009 also named President of Brewers Distributor Ltd. Previously, he held the position of Vice President, Retail Operations for The Beer Store. Ted is responsible for all aspects of TBS's and BDL's operations and for the development and achievement of the annual plans and long term goals.

Ted began his career with The Beer Store in 1983, working part-time while attending University in Sudbury. After graduating in 1989, he accepted a full time position with TBS in the role of Administrative Trainee. Since then, he has held a number of management positions with progressive responsibility in various areas of the business, including finance, human resources, retail and logistics. In 2003, Ted was promoted to Vice President, Logistics.

During his tenure at TBS, Ted served on several committees. Most notably, he successfully negotiated four Agreements that were ratified without labour disruptions and successfully negotiated the Ontario Deposit Return Program, clearly establishing TBS as the most environmentally friendly retailer in the world. He has always had a concern for his fellow employees and their safety and has a proven track record in reducing accidents and time lost due to accidents. He is also one of the leaders of the largest bottle drives in Ontario, raising over two million dollars for Leukemia research.

Anna is the powerful spark that propelled Groupe Dynamite to an even higher level within the last few years. Chartered accountant by trade, it was with 19 years of experience as an associate specializing in retail at Deloitte & Touche that Anna embarked on this fashion adventure, a world she already knew well.

It was with her appointment at Groupe Dynamite in 2004 as President, that the company experienced a swift ascension, seeing its sales figures more than double. The rapid growth of the company and of its Garage and Dynamite banners is all the more apparent with the increasing number of stores opening up across Canada, which have also expanded in average surface area from 1000 to 4500 square feet. In November 2007, the company officially opened its very first Garage store in the state of Maryland, followed by four others just a few weeks later.

Ethel Taylor has more than 25 years of experience in retail management and leadership development, holding numerous senior positions at Sears Canada including Vice President of Department Stores and Senior Vice President.

Her work at Forrest & Co. involved consulting with clients, which included The Federal Government, concerning strategic planning and leadership development projects, focusing on improving profitability.

Most recently Ms. Taylor joined Black's Photography as CEO where she led the management group in the sale of the company to TELUS in September 2009.

Ms. Taylor is also a past director of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and Retail Council of Canada, and has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Women. She is currently a director of the Trillium Health Foundation and a member of The Institute for Global Work.

Bill was appointed President and Chief Executive Office of The Brick GP Ltd. on July 10, 2009. A chartered accountant by training, he has a long and distinguished track record of over 25 years in retail operations. Most recently he consulted for Reebok United States. Prior to that, Mr. Gregson was the President and Chief operating Officer for the Forzani Group, where he worked for 10 years.
