To help provide retail associates with greater insight and training in core retail disciplines, Retail Council of Canada has developed modular training programs to cover a variety of topics. The focus of these courses cover:
Retail Training Program
RCC’s Retail Education Training Program helps individuals develop customer service, sales and leadership skills which are crucial for in-store retail associates and managers. These core skills help retail employees become more productive, valued and rewarded in their employment, which in turn provides better in-store performance.
Retail Selling Course
RCC’s Retail Education Training Program – Retail Selling course focuses on the necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge to enable sales associates to demonstrate consistent, exceptional retail selling behaviours.
Customer Service Course
RCC’s Retail Education Training Program – Customer Service course helps individuals develop customer service, sales and leadership skills which are crucial for in-store retail associates and managers.
Retail Leadership Course
RCC’s Retail Education Training Program – Retail Leadership course provides employees with the necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge for employees to advance their career in retail leadership.
Employees may take Retail Education Training Program courses individually or together as part of the complete program. Taken together, these courses offer well-rounded training in customer service, sales and retail leadership.
