Q: How much does installation cost?
A: A typical installation will cost $300 to $500, however, because every store is physically different, these costs can vary. HeadCount will conduct a site survey for free and provide you with a firm quote in advance.
Q: Why do I need Internet access?
A: The HeadCount traffic monitoring system must be connected to an Internet-enabled PC — that's how your traffic data gets to the HeadCount Traffic Analysts.
Q: What if my store has multiple entrances?
A: The HeadCount service package includes enough equipment to monitor two entrances. If your store requires additional equipment, a modest increase in the service fee will be applied. A firm quote will be provided by HeadCount in advance.
Q: Can I cancel at any time?
A: Yes. HeadCount is a month-to-month service. No minimum term is required.
Q: I only have two locations. Is this for small retailers?
