Unlike trade shows with an expansive room full of exhibiting companies, RCC's conferences offer a limited number of booths to ensure that every exhibitor receives the valued face time with the retail attendees. In addition, RCC expects that exhibitors become part of the overall conference experience by providing the most up-to-date technology and insights, and delivering great how-to solutions as an extension of the conference content.
At each conference, every exhibitor receives a 10'X10' booth space complete with pipe and drape. Booth locations are assigned in advance with priority space dependent on your level of sponsorship.

RCC offers two types of exhibiting formats:
- Perimeter — In this format, exhibit booths are located around the parameter of the main session hall. We encourage exhibitors to participate in the sessions by joining delegates at the tables. With this format, exhibiting staff are asked to refrain from working on their laptops, blackberries, and other electronic devices during the delivery of the sessions.
- Separate Hall — In this format, Exhibit booths are located in a separate exhibit hall along with the food & beverage stations for serving of continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and networking receptions.
In addition to sponsor level benefits outlined on the "Sponsorship Levels" page, exhibitors receive the following:
- Company name and exhibit booth location listed in the conference program.
- Two free conference passes.
- Discounted rates for additional passes purchased.
