Retail Council of Canada, in partnership with Morneau Shepell is pleased to introduce the results of the first National Total Rewards Survey of the Canadian Retail Sector.
We have taken a high level view of the overarching components to compensation: hourly and salaried wages, common practices with respect to benefits, holidays, profit sharing and other compensation instruments. The survey also takes the pulse on emerging talent management issues such as mental health and wellbeing.
The 2015 Reward Compensation Survey of the Canadian Retail Sector results will help answer some of the most commonly asked questions:
- What is the average wage increase that retailers are looking to implement in 2015?
- How are retailers dealing with increases to the minimum wage?
- What benefits are retailers providing to full-time hourly employees?
- What is the average wage for a sales associate? A loss prevention specialist? Plus 20 other categories
