New Federal advice for essential retailers

The Public Health Agency of Canada has issued its updated Advice for essential retailers during COVID-19 pandemic.

RCC was successful in ensuring the advice was workable, the products that can be used when pre-approved disinfectants are in short supply specified, and how to safely handle cash and reusable consumer bags explained. RCC is working with all levels of government on consistent public health requirements for retailers; currently there are a variety of approaches that differ from one province to another.
