Manitoba provides advice on WCB matters

The Manitoba Employer Advisor Office is separate and independent from the Workers Compensation Board (WCB) which understands WCB legislation and offers employers free and confidential advice and assistance on workers’ compensation matters as well as providing referrals to other agencies and services.

Employer Advisors are able to provide help navigating the WCB system, explain your rights and responsibilities as an employer, advise you on return-to-work plans for injured workers, and help interpret and guide you in an appeal process among other services.
