Alberta OHS Code changes coming into effect soon

On March 31, 2023, a number of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code changes will come into effect. Several resources describing highlights of the upcoming OHS Code changes are available now in the upcoming legislation changes section of Alberta’s OHS Resource Portal.

An amendment regulation was passed in December 2022 to enact the changes. These updates have been captured within the resources made available.
