Alberta’s WCB system is currently being reviewed by the Alberta government. A WCB Review Panel has been established to collect and receive feedback from stakeholders on potential changes to the WCB system and to provide recommendations to the government on potential changes.

Running through to July 15, the WCB Review Panel wants to hear your opinions and experiences with the workers’ compensation system. They are inviting stakeholders to provide thoughts on the WCB system in an online questionnaire or by written submission through this website.

Please provide your own perspectives, wisdom and unique ideas about how the WCB should operate. By participating, you ensure the review panel has your feedback and develops recommendations to help ensure a WCB that works for you.

RCC would be interested in hearing your thoughts on the WCB review as well. Please share your feedback and written responses with RCC via e-mail at [email protected].

Following the questionnaire and submissions, the WCB Review Panel will continue to work throughout the fall and winter of 2016 to dig deeper into the issues identified through this consultation. RCC expects to have more details on how that will work in the coming weeks. If you haven’t done so, please sign-up for updates so you can get the latest on the review panel’s progress.
