B.C. expands delivery options for non-medical cannabis, aligns private retailers with government sales

As of July 8, 2022, licensed B.C. cannabis retailers are now able to deliver non-medical cannabis products to consumers through common third-party carriers such as Canada Post and delivery-service providers, as well as direct to consumer. RCC notes that this expansion will allow greater flexibility for B.C. cannabis consumers and aligns private cannabis retailers with the government-run online sales platform for non-medical cannabis.
