B.C. permanently extends hours for retail sale of liquor

July 5, 2021

The B.C. government is permanently extending hours for authorized liquor retailers who were allowed to open early for the convenience and safety and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Liquor stores, both government-run and private, are permitted to open as early as 7am and close as late as 11 pm. This permanent change applies to in-store shopping only.
