Public Safety Canada Seeks Input on 2025 Supply Chains Act Guidance

Attention members who report under the Supply Chains Act: Public Safety Canada is seeking comments from RCC on the implementation of the Supply Chains Act (formerly Bill S-211) and its Guidance document. RCC is preparing recommendations and members can share feedback with RCC until September 17, 2024.  RCC will also be completing Public Safety’s online survey for reporting entities; members may respond to the survey individually as well by September 20, 2024. Templated survey responses are available upon request. Changes to the Guidance that could impact 2025 reporting are expected to be released as early as late 2024.
