Final call for members who sell cosmetics to have their say on proposed changes to cosmetics regulations 

As we have previously informed members who sell cosmetics, the proposed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning the Disclosure of Cosmetic Ingredients have been published in Canada Gazette Part I. The comment period closes this Saturday, April 22, 2023.

The proposed regulations center around introducing a requirement to disclose certain fragrance allergens on cosmetic labels.
