Global Action on Plastic Pollution: Key Talks Set for August 2025
March 11, 2025The push to tackle plastic pollution is moving forward! The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has confirmed that the next round of global negotiations (INC 5.2) will take place August 5–14, 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland, with regional consultations kicking off August 4, 2025. RCC expects to engage with the federal government ahead of the talks to shape Canada’s position. Stay tuned for updates.
