Manitoba invests in RCC Security Task Force

In a vote of confidence, the Manitoba government through its Federal Proceeds of Crime Fund has made a new $65,000 investment to the RCC led Manitoba Retail Security Task Force.  RCC’s Task Force has been highly effective at bringing key stakeholders together, including police, justice, government, retailers among others to ensure a better coordinated response to retail safety and security issues.  As a part of RCC’s efforts in Manitoba, members with operations in the province and concerns with these issues have the ability to join a informal monthly meeting with police and prosecution to discuss common areas of concern.
