Retail Council of Canada (RCC) and Les événements eCOM are partnering to help companies through their digital transformation as their overall operations evolve to meet the changing needs of consumers. This agreement with Les événements eCOM will assist RCC in offering its retail members important tools such as rich and relevant content and data that will help in better understanding the real challenges and opportunities involved in the digital world.

Diane J. Brisebois, President and CEO of RCC, noted that the partnership with Les événements eCOM was the next logical step. "I am delighted that we are pooling our resources to make eCOM MTL the ultimate event in the digital economy, which this year will be held in Montréal on September 13th and 14th . Combining our DTLQC. Event with eCOM MTL allows us to increase the amount and quality of digital information and tools offered to retailers. These are concrete steps that will help our small and large members succeed in this changing retail environment, added Diane J. Brisebois.

Stéphane Ricoul, founder of Les événements eCOM, saw the clear benefits in bringing Retail Council of Canada and Les événements eCom together. "We have built Les événements eCOM with a focus on value added content and the immersive experience we deliver to our participants. This alliance with RCC is no small matter—it's the first step in a growth process. The fact is that the digital age is a limitless, society-wide phenomenon. Businesses in Quebec and Canada have to look beyond basic technology," he explained.
