Newfoundland and Labrador to institute vaccine passports

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has stated that within the next month, it will introduce a vaccine passport similar to the one in Quebec. 

Full details have yet to be released. RCC will be liaising with government on behalf of retailers in the province.
