US Extends PFAS Reporting Deadline 

Attention retailers who must report on PFAS: The US Environmental Protection Agency has extended its reporting deadline to January 2026. However, Canada’s deadline remains firm—reports are due by January 29, 2025. Canadian businesses must submit the name and quantities of PFAS substances (“forever chemicals”) manufactured, imported, used, and exported for 2023.
