Following conversations with RCC and other industry stakeholders, the Canadian Dairy Commission (CDC) has postponed the farm gate milk price increase of 1.77%, to May 1, 2024, instead of February 1, 2024.
RCC is appreciative of CDC’s efforts to be collaborative with stakeholders and our ongoing work to stabilize grocery prices, and urges similar efforts all along the supply chain.
CDC thanked RCC for our contribution to the annual milk pricing process.
