RCC Joins Stakeholders in Shaping Quebec’s Food Policy 2025-2035
March 4, 2025RCC joined about fifty stakeholders from across Québec’s food chain to delve into the guidelines of the Food Policy 2025-2035, which focus on the sector’s competitiveness in the markets, the enhancement of the territory, and addressing climate change.
The discussions, following individual consultations, considered the current political and economic uncertainty. Emphasis was placed on improving the business environment—particularly through better regulatory coordination and administrative simplification—highlighting the importance of strengthening the sector’s resilience and diversifying markets.
