Regina Defers Mandatory Changes to Waste Management

The City of Regina has announced a two-year extension for the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sector to comply with mandatory separation of recycling, organics and garbage.  The new deadline is January 1, 2028, and extended its Early Adopter Incentive Program.
