April 20, 2021Sales of English-language print books in the Travel and Self-Help categories dropped in 2020 when compared with their 2019 sales, according to new research released by BookNet Canada. Books in the Games, Education, and Thriller categories, however, saw their sales rise. But the biggest category growth was found in Juvenile Non-Fiction titles: their market share rose from 8.8% in 2019 to 9.4% in 2020.
