Update: Provincial labelling of stuffed or filled textile articles regulations repealed

RCC has received a number of questions from members regarding the labelling of stuffed or filled textile articles. With RCC advocacy efforts, both Ontario and Manitoba previously repealed their regulations and last month Québec followed suit and did the same. Businesses are now only required to follow one federal set of regulatory labelling requirements for stuffed articles. Interested parties can find out more about these requirements here.
