This webinar will address why leading investors are looking more and more into sustainability performance of companies, and Jean-Philippe will describe what investors typically look for in disclosure, including corporate governance, environmental performance, and human capital aspects in the organizations and their supply chains.
This will be a good opportunity for members to understand where to start in terms of ESG disclosure, but also how to stay ahead of investor campaigns.
Jean-Philippe Renaut is the CEO of Æquo, helping institutional investors implement responsible investment strategies. In Montréal, he was previously a Director, Responsible Investment at PSP Investments and a Senior manager at EY. He also worked for six years in London (UK) with SustainAbility, a pioneering firm focused on sustainable development consulting .
Jean-Philippe holds a B.Com from McGill and an M.Sc (Environment & Development) from the London School of Economics, and has taught in the management faculties of UQAM and McGill. He sits on the audit and finance Committee of the Maison du Développement Durable in Montréal, and on the Stewardship Committee of the PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment) in London.
