Locked-down shops trying to get online orders out the door squeezed by delivery crunch

Retailers in Ontario’s locked-down regions, including much of the Greater Toronto Area and Windsor, have been forced to shut down indoor shopping and just offer curb-side pick-ups and delivery. But Retail Council of Canada said small- and mid-sized stores have struggled to find couriers to take their packages as the busiest shopping season of the year enters its crucial last days.
