Over half of the Canadian population is affected every day by disabilities. Creating retail environments that are accessible for these individuals is critical. With this in mind, Retail Council of Canada is working together with provincial governments to offer free resources to help retailers design stores that are more accessible for both staff and customers.
Ontario accessibility compliance report
If you are a business or non-profit organization with 20 or more employees based in Ontario, you must file an accessibility compliance report every three years. The next reporting deadline is December 31, 2023.
