The PEAK Retail Training Program helps individuals develop customer service, sales and leadership skills which are crucial for in-store retail associates and managers. These core skills help retail employees become more productive, valued and rewarded in their employment, which in turn provides better in-store performance.
The PEAK Retail Selling course focuses on the necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge to enable sales associates to demonstrate consistent, exceptional retail selling behaviours.
The PEAK Customer Service course helps individuals develop customer service, sales and leadership skills which are crucial for in-store retail associates and managers.
The PEAK Retail Leadership series provides employees with the necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge for employees to advance their career in retail leadership.
Employees may take individual courses on a stand-alone basis, or together as part of the complete series. Together, the courses complement one another, and the complete series offers well-rounded training in retail customer service and sales.
