Please join RCC and the Shareholder Association for Research & Education (SHARE) for an online exploration of challenges for retailers and best practices in supply chain responsibility during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While Canadian retailers face huge challenges within their own operations, the suppliers and manufacturers that produce our goods are also feeling the impact and may be struggling with business continuity, which creates new risks for workers in our global supply chains and in our own ability to manage inventories here at home.

We’ll be convening a panel of experts from global multi-stakeholder initiatives, retailers, and experts in sustainability to discuss practical steps that Canadian retailers can take to continue to uphold responsible business conduct in their supply chains and ensure that all of us – retailers, suppliers, and workers – come through this together.

Speakers:

Michael Bride, Vice President, Corporate Responsibility, PVH Corporation

Elisa Shepherd, Senior Advisor, Business Development, Ethical Trading Initiative

Facilitator:

Kevin Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, Share
