lepanierbleu.ca is a complete directory of local merchants throughout the province. The primary objective of this initiative is to guide consumers to Quebec merchants in order to stimulate their sales. It is in collaboration with Alain Dumas, general manager of Le Panier Bleu,  that RCC offers a webinar in order to answer all the questions surrounding this new platform.
