Attention to retailers in Nova Scotia who sell lights and lamps: Nova Scotia’s extended producer responsibility (EPR) program for lights begins on August 1, 2024. Product Care is the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) for the program. Fees for the program have yet to be posted. More information on the Product Care program can be found here.
