Retail Council of Canada expands team in Quebec
May 26, 2022Montreal, May 25, 2022 – The Retail Council of Canada (RCC) is pleased to announce the addition of new collaborators to its Quebec team including Emanuela Lolli, Director of Communications and Events, and Apraham Niziblian, Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations. Having taken up their new duties in recent days, they are already hard at work on various issues.
Emanuela Lolli, Director of Communications and Events. Emanuela comes to RCC with a wealth of experience, having worked for several years in the field of communications and the fashion industry. Well versed in the economic and commercial realities of companies working in retail, she has managed numerous events that have mobilized major players in this field. An expert in public relations, she is fluent in French, Italian and English. She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the team’s internal and external communications, in addition to handling events for Quebec. She will report to Michel Rochette and will work closely with the marketing, communications and events teams across the country to mobilize all RCC resources and create more value for Quebec members.

Apraham Niziblian, Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations (Quebec). Apraham is responsible for listening to RCC members and representing their interests to governments and the wider retail ecosystem, to raise awareness of the many economic and business challenges we face. Apraham comes to the RCC with well over 20 years of extensive experience in communications, governmental relations with policy consulting spanning Quebec, Canada and the United States. Most recently, he was Director of Public and Government Affairs at a major public relations firm, where he advised organizations in various sectors on their communications strategies.
