“I am particularly pleased that we can count on the arrival of both Emanuela and Apraham to enhance our capacity to mobilize our whole ecosystem. The world of retail is undergoing profound change, particularly due to the evolution of the business environment in which we have been operating in recent years. Shortage of workers, digitalisation of all aspects of the economy, new consumer habits, supply chains under great pressure, social and environmental responsibilities more important than ever – there is no shortage of challenges! The expertise that Emanuela and Apraham will bring to the RCC perfectly meet these evolving needs”, said Michel Rochette, President for Quebec of the Retail Council of Canada.
