Canadian Shopping Centre Study 2018
Canadian 2018 top mall productivity and visitor counts review
Retail Council of Canada’s third Canadian Shopping Centre Study examines Canadian malls on annual square foot productivity, visitor counts and what is driving success at the 10 most productive centres. This year’s Study also reports year over year sales growth at Canada’s most productive 30 malls.
Canada’s top shopping malls continue to thrive with leading centres investing in their properties and courting top domestic and international retailers. While many top malls in Canada are performing much better than their US counterparts, it is because landlords in Canada are continually refreshing their physical retail spaces to keep them experiential, creative and consumer centered.
