Targeted producers, including e-commerce, must report the weights of the containers, packaging and printed matter they put on the market in Québec each year and classify them according to 30 material classes.
Following the consultations on the 2024 Schedule of Contributions and the updated policies, Isabelle Laflèche, Director, Company Services of ÉEQ will summarize the changes that could affect your contribution in 2024 followed by Q & A with the audience.
Attendees will leave understanding the most important highlights of the next reporting period in 2024, including the reporting of IC&I material.

Since 2005, Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ), a private non-profit organization, has represented producers of containers, packaging and printed paper launched in Quebec regarding their financial responsibilities for curbside recycling. Designated as Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) in 2022, ÉEQ manages the curbside recycling system in Quebec from a sustainable development perspective.
