Employees and front line workers are the backbone of every retail business, representing your brand and your values. Unfortunately our retail workers are facing increased mental health pressures in the workplace as anxiety, stress and burnout rates increase at a rate never before seen.

It’s crucial for retail leaders to be proactive and take the necessary steps to support their employees by creating (and maintaining) the necessary mental health infrastructure to set them up for future success. Mental health and employee performance go hand-in-hand.

In this webinar, join Alexandra Petrisano, National Trainer for Workplace Mental Health from Canadian Mental Health Association to discuss the importance of mental Health in the retail workplace and mental health needs to be taken just as seriously as physical health.

This webinar is designed to help promote mental health in the workplace by

  • Teaching you the difference between mental health and mental illness
  • Reviewing language do’s and don’ts around mental health
  • Reviewing the importance of healthy coping mechanisms and self-care
