Join us for a special webinar hosted by Alberta Occupational Health and Safety’s Prevention Services branch designed to highlight how you can improve safety and earn WCB rebates.
During this session government together with retail leaders will discuss how by implementing strong occupational health and safety management systems, you could be earning up to 20% in WCB rebates through the voluntary Certificate of Recognition (COR), or a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) program.
You’ll also hear an update on Alberta’s workplace injury statistics and gain a better understanding of the range of online resources available.
Occupational health and safety is crucial for safeguarding workers’ well-being. It encompasses preventive measures, standards and training to minimize workplace hazards, injuries and illnesses. Ensuring workers’ physical and mental well-being not only protects them but also your business.
Who should attend?
HR and Workplace Safety professionals, as well as those looking to lower their WCB costs in Alberta, while creating a safer workplace environment should plan to attend. This 75 minute session will allow you engage directly with government and retail leaders, and help you quickly determine if there are opportunities for your business.
