Following up on our first incident reporting webinar, where Health Canada outlined the process it takes once an incident report is received, RCC is pleased to welcome Health Canada again as they delve deeper into the incident reporting process and share what happens once a report gets triaged, prioritized, and then sent along to either Risk Assessment or Risk Management.
