RCC partners with SPVM to form Quebec Crime Prevention Committee

RCC has organized a Quebec Crime Prevention Committee in partnership with SPVM and local retail LP members. The Committee has been established to gain widespread collaboration and active participation in a retail crime prevention strategy. The Committee has started discussions with police partners to identify key activities focused on repeat and violent prolific offenders and organized crime.
