RCC hosts Sustainability Joint Member committee meeting in Toronto
October 11, 2023On October 4, 2023, RCC held a joint member meeting with our EPR, Plastics, ESG and Climate Action and Product Safety committees with over 70 members present virtually and in-person in Toronto, Ontario.
A day after our RCC Retail Sustainability Conference, this was an opportunity to review the latest market and Government Relations updates across the country, enjoy a presentation on climate action by Robert Barton of Cisco, and hold a fruitful workshop on the latest developments relating to labelling, recycled content, chemicals, and data reporting with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). RCC would like to thank the Canadian Tire Corporation team for hosting.
