Ipsos health and safety check up suggests drop in consumer confidence

The latest wave of the Ipsos Health and Safety Check-Up suggests Canadians’ confidence that businesses are making significant efforts to keep people safe is sliding. The study shows that this belief has dropped to 35% as compared to 69% in May.
Retailers are reminded to ensure they are reinforcing safety measures and that RCC has assembled several resources on COVID-19 health and safety.
