Witches and goblins to visit Atlantic Canada

Given the fact that there are almost no COVID-19 cases within the Atlantic Bubble, officials in each Atlantic Province have told RCC that they will allow Halloween trick or treating to occur in 2020. However, they cautioned that they may mandate different rules surrounding trick or treating to ensure safety. Each government committed to informing the public of the rules well in advance of October 31, 2020.
