Manitoba extends current COVID restrictions with minor updates

October 26, 2021

The Manitoba government has announced that all current health orders have been extended for an additional three weeks, including reduced retail capacity at 50% of fire code in most of the Southern Health Region. Under the new health order that next expires November 16, 2021, municipalities of Cartier, Headingley, Macdonald, Ritchot (Niverville-Ritchot), St. Francois Xavier and Tache will be exempt from the capacity limits, and are now included with the balance of Manitoba where retail capacity remains at 100%.

All other public health orders remain unchanged, including mandatory masking requirements.
