Manitoba and Saskatchewan minimum wage increasing

Manitoba’s minimum wage is increasing to $15.30 on October 1, 2023 marking the second increase this year, and a significant increase over the past year from $11.95. RCC will have better clarity following the October 3, 2023 provincial election regarding future increases that may be implemented. Additionally, in Saskatchewan, minimum wage will increase as scheduled from $13.00 to $14.00 on October 1, 2023, and then as previously announced, another dollar to $15.00 on October 1, 2024.
